Booking is strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.

Cancellations.Provided that written notice is received no later than 1 calendar month before the event will receive a full refund less a handling fee of £25. Cancellations received after this date will be subject to 100% of the fee. All cancellations must be emailed to bookings@clockwork-uk.com.

Substitutions. Substitute delegates can be confirmed at any stage in writing.

Correspondence. Correspondence will be sent out via email approximately four week prior to the event, but provisional details may be viewed on www.bristolhip.org
